We love helping you choose the perfect flowers to go with your wedding dress, and assisting you in your cake choices. Choosing your music options are much easier with our professional input. We are happy to give you advice in choosing a restaurant/venue/resort. We give attention to detail in every aspect of your wedding planning!

Coordinating  /Planning

Customer Coordinating / Planning

If you are customizing your own wedding package, a planning fee will be added, based on 20% of your total package, with a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $1500 (this is obviously for a large, detailed wedding!) 

Professional Video 

$600 for first hour; includes edit and 2 DVDs. This is perfect when you just want your ceremony taped. This includes your choice of background music. Ask about hourly, half-day and day packages for adding your reception, getting ready; or having a Hollywood Production movie of your whole day. These packages would include a full edit with 3 DVDs. (So Grandma and Grandpa or someone not able to attend can enjoy your wedding day—or to show at a 2nd reception held later!   Many couples watch their wedding videos on each anniversary to enjoy their wedding day again and again. Also, ask us about a second camera man to add to the dimension of your wedding video! 

Floral Packages 

$100+ Maid of honor bouquet,  best man boutonierre, parents’ corsages and boutonierres can be added also. 

Bridal Bouquet Upgrade

$50+ Upgrade your bouquet with your choice of flowers, colors, design 

Decorations 

$100+ Decorations, candles, centerpieces, reception flowers. We can decorate your wedding and reception in any style you wish—from simple & elegant to over-the-top glamour. 

Rehearsal 

$100 Your officiant will meet you at your wedding site, whether a Chapel, Resort, or outdoor site; you may incur extra rental fees from your venue. 

Tip: good thing to ask when you choose your venue. 

Musicians 

$300+ Harp, violin, guitar, flute, duos, quartets, mariachi, bands, your choice of genre. Sedona is a treasure trove of professional musicians—you can have anything your heart desires! You can also choose from a diversity of D.J.s for your reception. Be aware that there may be a sound curfew for outdoor receptions 

Tip: Be sure to ask about "Sound Curfew" when choosing your venue! 

Transportation 

You can choose from romantic horses and carriage; fun trolleys, elegant limousines (how about a hummer?) Vans or buses are available for large groups. 

Native American Ceremony

$400 Ceremony performed by Native American Medicine Man. You may choose to add dancers, flute players, and some of the rituals normally performed at Native American Ceremonies for additional fees. 

Cultural Additions 

No charge as long as You provide the necessary items: sand ceremony, cord binding ceremony, Navajo wedding vessel, broom jumping, breaking of the glass and cultural blessings.
