Arizona Marriage License Information
- You do not have to be a resident of Arizona to obtain an Arizona Marriage License
- There is no waiting period in Arizona to be married.
- No blood test is required.
- The fee for a marriage license is $72.00 payable by cash or check with a driver’s license or bank guarantee card or credit card. If you are purchasing a license at the Justice Courts, they accept checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.
- Picture identification such as Drivers License is required in Arizona. Having your Social Security card, Birth Certificate, etc. may be helpful.
